    Job Overview:

    Bodega Public Relations is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage a range of administrative responsibilities—including project coordination, financial tracking, scheduling, and client support—to help ensure seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director

    • Track budgets across multiple projects and clients

    • Process on-site payroll and maintain accurate records

    • Manage and coordinate daily calendars; adjust to shifting priorities and

      last-minute changes

    • Assist in planning events, including research, bookings, and logistics

    • Prepare, pack, and ship PR kits

    • Coordinate shipments and courier services

    • Support inventory tracking and organization

    • Maintain and reconcile team expense reports

    • Assist with hiring and onboarding of new team members

    • Manage client onboarding processes and workflow coordination

    • Draft and process vendor contracts

    • Generate and manage invoices

    • Monitor and flag overdue payments

    • Coordinate payments to clients and contractors

    • Conduct research and assist in grant writing

    Qualifications:

    • Basic understanding of public relations or communications
      Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

    • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities Comfortable multitasking and managing competing deadlines

    • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion

    • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.)
